As chapter president, Raul Valle helps guide how IEEE SPS @ UF turns technical interests into repeatable programming. That includes workshop planning, project direction, community coordination, and keeping the chapter accessible to students who want to build stronger fundamentals in signal processing.
The chapter’s public-facing work emphasizes practical learning, visible technical output, and a chapter culture that connects coursework, research-minded exploration, and collaborative building.
IEEE SPS @ UF is the University of Florida chapter of the IEEE Signal Processing Society, with
programming built around workshops, projects, and community events.
